Dancer on stage

Express your passions through dance.

"I feel artistically heard and supported in the NVAA Dance Program. I can accept and apply feedback to improve my choreography while feeling a sense of community. NVAA Dance gives me the opportunity to continue growing!" - Lucie Love Salsbury

The North Valley Arts Academies (NVAA) Honors Dance Program empowers students to develop as creative, reflective, and versatile dance artists through rigorous training, collaborative processes, and opportunities for original artistic expression both in and beyond the studio.

Students engage in movement practices rooted in styles such as:

  • Ballet
  • Jazz
  • Hip-Hop
  • Contemporary

As students progress, they deepen their understanding of advanced dance concepts, choreography, production, history, and critical analysis—cultivating both technical skill and artistic voice.
