Family Involvement

How to Support Shadow Mountain

There are many ways for our community to support our school. Our school is unique and has individual needs and goals. Donations assist with our school to provide resources and tools for our teachers and students to succeed.

Join Shadow Mountain PTC

We welcome all parents, grandparents, guardians and community members who want to support SMHS students, teachers and staff to join the Shadow Mountain Parent Teacher Club (PTC), a 501 (c)(3) non-profit parent group. Once you join, your annual membership provides financial support that is critical to our success. Your direct involvement is completely optional but we are the place to go to be in the know. Funds will be used to enrich the student experience and assist with a teacher and administrative requests for classroom supplies, teaching materials, and student activities. Student recognition (i.e., scholarships, awards) and teacher appreciation activities are also supported with the funds we receive. Senior parents, membership qualifies your child to apply for SMHS Parent Teacher Club Scholarships.

Project Grad

This is the final premier event! The SMHS Project SAFE Graduation Party! To help ensure the party is going strong, planning for this year’s party is underway, which includes raising funds, acquiring prize donations and planning the party! You are invited to come to any (or all) of our planning meetings to find out how you can become involved with this important, fun, rewarding and memorable event for the graduating class! We look forward to meeting you and seeing you!
